Off-Site Rehabilitation Services

Riverside Rehabilitation Center can provide services off-site (home, workplace, etc.) during an interim period until the patient is able to return to the rehabilitation center. The services that are offered off-site are: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Services, Home Safety Evaluations, Work-Site Evaluations.
