Admission to Riverside Rehabilitation Center is through a family physician, specialist, Physiatrist, (a Physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation), program Medical Director, or by self-referral. Each patient is assessed and evaluated for their therapeutic needs and a plan of treatment is written inconjunction with you, the treatment team, and physician. The treatment plan is based on the patient's evaluation and medical record, it is then reviewed by the CORF Coordinator, the physician, and appropriate staff, all in conjunction with you, the patient.
